Over 70 days in Spring 2023, Zarafa walked 1000km from Marseille to Paris, following in the footsteps of a real giraffe who made the same journey 200 years ago.
She stopped 6 times over the journey to offer locals the chance to decorate one of her 6 skins.
The first giraffe was a gift for the King, this one was a gift for the people. And now it's coming to the UK. Watch this space for details of an upcoming tour.
Pendant 70 jours en Printemps 2023, Zarafa a marché 1000km de Marseille à Paris. Elle a suit la route de 200 ans de la première girafe de France.
Elle s'est arretée 6 fois pendant le trajet pour offrir les ateliers gratuits aux locaux, qui ont decoré ses six peaux.
La première girafe était un cadeau pour le Roi.
Celle-ci etait un cadeau pour le peuple.
